What is my order number?
Your order number is a 4 digit number can be found in your original order confirmation email.
How do I cancel my order?
Your purchase is confirmed as soon as your order is processed. After the order is processed, it cannot be altered. If you wish to make any changes, please contact us at sales@carrymode.com. We will do our best to accommodate to your request.
What if my order has not arrived?
We will do our utmost to ensure you get your products in time. If your order did not arrive within the maximum estimated time, please contact us at sales@carrymode.com. Kindly include the following for our easy reference:
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Item(s) purchased
Where do you ship?
We currently only ship to Singapore. We will begin shipping to other countries in due time, and will update once they are available.
When will I receive my order?

Returns and Exchanges
How does the 30-day trial work?
If you decide that our luggage is not for you, you can return or exchange it anytime within 30 days of placing your order, and we will reimburse your payment.
For a full refund, the luggage must contain its original parts and packaging. Here are what we look out for:
- Luggage is unused and in saleable condition, with no evidence of outdoor usage.
- Original packaging on all parts of the luggage are kept intact, in original, saleable condition
- Any complimentary items given together with the product must be included, and must be unused and in saleable condition
- For luggage, the lock must be reset to “000”
The 30-day trial does not apply to the following
- Products that are not luggage.
- Used item: the item must be unused, in their original condition and packaging
- If you returned an item in exchange for a new item previously, you cannot exchange the new item again (only 1 return allowed per order)
- Any item bought during social media live sale at promotion price.
What is your return and exchange policy?
For luggage
All our luggage are covered under the 30-day trial policy. You can return anytime within the 30-day trial period
You can exchange anytime, for the same luggage of different variant, only once within the 30-day period. MODE will cover the cost of return shipping for products bought and returned in Singapore.

For all other products:
- Item is unused and in saleable condition, with no evidence of outdoor usage.
- Original packaging and tags on all parts of the item kept intact, in original, saleable condition
- Any complimentary items given together with the product must be included, and must be unused and in saleable condition
We reserve the right to refuse orders or refunds, including those that our payment processing provider have flagged off as fraudulent

Warranty
What is the warranty on your luggage?
All MODE luggage bought directly from us is covered with a limited lifetime warranty.
The warranty covers any cracks or breaks in the polycarbonate shell, defects on wheels, handles, zippers that affects the functionality of the damaged component, arising out of ordinary usage of the luggage.
The warranty does not cover the following:
1) “Cosmetic Damage” which is defined as scratches, dents, dings, scuffs, stains, colour changes, normal wear and tear, technological obsolescence, or other non-functional changes in the appearance of the product that occur during normal handling and use of Luggage by any party, and which do not impair the functionality of the product as luggage.
2) Replacement of any non-defective pieces in the luggage (for example, if you purchase Luggage with multiple components and only one component is defective, then we will only repair or replace the defective component).
3) Any luggage sold by resellers who are not authorized retailers.
4) Luggage sold “as-is”, “preconditioned”, “reconditioned”, “used”, “comfort return”, “returned”, “previously owned”, or any other similar wording indicating that the Luggage is not “new” or of “first quality” or has previously been purchased or used by another consumer.
5) Loss of functionality due to consumers being locked out of their Luggage.
Should the product that you are claiming warranty for is no longer available for sale, and should a replacement of the entire product be necessary, we will replace it with a product that is of equal or higher value, that serves similar functions.
MODE reserves the right to reject any warranty claim that is deemed to be dishonest or fraudulent in nature.
What is the warranty on your accessories?
All MODE accessories bought directly from us are covered with a limited 5-year warranty.
The warranty covers any manufacturing faults within 5 years from the original date of purchase that affected the functionality of the damaged component, arising out of ordinary usage of the accessory.
The warranty does not cover the following:
1) “Cosmetic Damage” which is defined as scratches, dents, dings, scuffs, stains, colour changes, normal wear and tear, technological obsolescence, or other non-functional changes in the appearance of the product that occur during normal handling and use of the accessory by any party, and which do not impair the functionality of the product.
2) Replacement of any non-defective pieces in the accessory (for example, if you purchase an accessory with multiple components and only one component is defective, then we will only repair or replace the defective component).
3) Any accessory sold by resellers who are not authorized retailers.

5) Any accessory that was given complimentary as part of a purchase will not be covered.

How do I make a warranty claim?

What are your luggage made from?
All our luggage are made from high quality, water resistant polycarbonate.
How do I clean the luggage?
Exterior
- Wipe down stains or dirt with damp microfibre cloth and soapy water
- For stubborn stains, we recommend using non-abrasive all-purpose cleaner
- For scuff marks, rub a pencil eraser over after cleaning to reduce the scuff mark
Interior
- Vacuum all the large particles
- Wipe interior with a wet cloth
- For stains, mix laundry detergent and water (1:5) and wipe till stain is removed
Handles & Plastic Parts
- Rub scruff marks with regular olive oil, using a soft cloth. It partially restores the colour of the component for a period of time
Do your luggage nest inside each other?
Yes! Our Carry-On Mode is able to next perfectly within our Check-In Mode.
Corporate Gifting
Can I place a corporate order?
Yes, we accept corporate orders.
Is there a minimum order size for a corporate orders?
Our corporate orders start from a minimum of 20 items.
How do I make a corporate order?

What method of payment do you accept?
For corporate orders, we accept bank transfer, cheque or cashier’s order.
What is your return and exchange policy?
