When will I receive my order?
You will receive your order within 3-5 working days.
How does the 30-days trial work?
If you decide that our luggage is not for you, you can return or exchange it anytime within 30 days of placing your order, and we will reimburse your payment.
What does the warranty cover?
All MODE luggage bought directly from us is covered with a limited lifetime warranty.
What happens after stocks runs out?
We will not be restocking the luggage series in the short-term as we are getting ready to revise our product offerings.
